Gladtrico delivered a comprehensive living and working facility for ANOH Gas Processing Company's 300 MMSCFD domestic gas plant in Assa, Imo State. The scope spanned residential, recreational, medical, administrative, and operational support facilities — designed and built to the standards required for a major gas processing operation. The accommodation block alone comprises 96 rooms across 13 six-room blocks plus a dedicated executive suite. Supporting facilities include a clinic, restaurant, gym, lounge, facility manager's office, warehouse, workshop, drivers' lounge, in-plant administrative building, military caravans, and a complete sports facility.
